Is Clip available to download yet?

Yes. Download Clip from the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The Mac app is coming soon; screen capture and image editing will be available on Mac.

Does one subscription cover all my devices?

Yes. The same Clip subscription is designed for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch through your Apple Account. Each app includes the features listed for its platform. The Mac app is coming soon.

Can I capture and edit images on my iPhone?

The region capture and annotation editor are Mac features. On iPhone and iPad, Clip lets you import, find, favorite and share saved items. Apple Watch displays saved text and links.

Does Clip collect my iPhone clipboard in the background?

No. In the iPhone and iPad app, you import clipboard content through an action you choose. The optional keyboard can capture clipboard changes while it is visible, with Full Access and keyboard history enabled. It does not continuously monitor other apps in the background.

Can I use Clip without iCloud?

You can keep a local history on Mac, iPhone and iPad. iCloud is used when you enable synchronization between devices. Apple Watch needs iCloud history to show your saved items.

A little less friction.
